I have been residing at the Inverness Apartments in Guelph for more than 6 years now and I am content with my decision. This 30-unit building is kept up to date with upgrades and is well-maintained both inside and outside. Lorrie, our building manager, is very accessible when it comes to concerns or issues that may arise; no matter how small they are, they get taken care of right away. Furthermore, all the residents here are quiet, pleasant and respectful people which makes it an even better place to live in.
