The facilities and apartment conditions are great, and the location is perfect for Stamped festivities being just 5 minutes away. However, one star must be deducted due to the ineffective curtains that fail to block out morning sunlight at 5am. Even worse was the check-out process; we were instructed to leave the key in one of the drawers when leaving, yet upon getting to the lobby there was no access without it. The building manager had no knowledge of renting business and couldn't help us in any way. Despite multiple attempts, Suite Digs Arriva's phone line was always busy so I had no choice but to beg the building manager for access back into our room. After retrieving my key I had to park my car outside in a restricted area with no public parking spaces nearby - all while praying nobody would give me a ticket! Checking out should be fixed as soon as possible and I suggest anyone considering this apartment avoid it until then.
