Owing to its lack of insulation, there is absolutely no soundproofing and every noise from the neighbours can be heard, regardless of whether they are located upstairs, downstairs or on either side. We haven't had a single decent night's sleep since we moved in and when I contacted the manager for assistance all he offered was for me to terminate my lease as it's easier for him than being held accountable for enforcing the terms of the contract. If you want to experience sleepless nights listening to every sound your neighbours make, then this is your place!
