The management and maintenance at this location is horrendous. The pool is locked, making it a health risk. The gym is not much better, with outdated equipment that sometimes locks up. The garbage chute often clogs up to the 9th floor, resulting in swarms of flies when the ground floor door is opened. Laundry machines are only cash-based and frequently break down, wasting time, soap and forcing you to transfer laundry elsewhere. Fire exit stairways are often covered in human waste - so if the elevator's broken (which it usually is), you have no choice but to use them. Security? Don't count on it - people will set off fire alarms at all hours of night without consequence from landlord/manager. If your neighbor's too loud or rowdy? You're out of luck too - no one will intervene until RCMP are called or you move out! Parking in back isn't safe either; almost everyone I know had their car vandalized one way or another (smashed windows/keyed paint). Finally, when moving in/out pray someone opens loading deck door - otherwise you'll have to squeeze everything through main doors with a middle beam! Nothing good here; steer clear!
