After almost 4 and a half years of living in this building, I will be relocating this weekend due to downsizing, affordability, and work commute reasons. My experience here has been much better than when I lived on campus in UBC during my first year of university. All tenants are very polite and the building is well-maintained with attentive management. Furthermore, the neighbourhood is peaceful and secure; Quilchena Park being close by makes it an ideal spot for taking evening strolls or enjoying sunny days. Even though moving out saddens me, I still want to let prospective tenants know that this building is great choice if they're looking for a new home!
