The Square has been our home for three years and while its an excellent place customer service has deteriorated in that time Heres something you should consider before signing a lease 1 The entry door is frequently insecure the property manager cant seem to fix the locks I observed just today that the lock was broken again 2 No onsite maintenance for the building it used to be fulltime but now only parttime which is why the general condition of the building isn't great and isn't kept as clean as before 3 The package concierge system often malfunctions 4 Heavy rain causes leaks in apartments hallways and stairwells alike this has occurred during our stay here and management hasnt done anything to repair them yet 5 The building itself is getting worn with no touch ups or attention to detail by the property manager eg a light fixture in lobby has been damaged for six months without being fixed 6 Lastly walls are thin so noise levels can get high not worth what you pay given theres no regular maintenance either If youre interested in Ardmore then I suggest checking out other apartments at similar rates besides The Square first before making a decision on where to go next more ... hide ...
