Staying in these apartments was a real nightmare. My partner and I were there for six months, which was more than enough to make us never want to even consider this company again. We moved in during the spring and found that birds had built a nest on the balcony, making it dirty and unusable. Timbercreek refused to do anything about it. The apartment already had cockroaches living there when we arrived, along with other issues such as no hot water, broken elevators, and power shutoffs in the entire building twice during our stay! The underground parking smelled like garbage and its doors were left open all the time. I urge you not to rent from this company; they clearly don't care about their tenants or their buildings' upkeep. Avoid at all costs!

I've lived at 2861 baycrest for a year, and the pool was never opened despite being promised when I moved in; it was one of the main reasons I chose this place. The toilet didn't work properly in the first week either, so thank goodness I still had my other apartment. It took many weeks to get it fixed as it kept breaking after a few days. The water never got hot until my last month there, and now it doesn't even get cold - on the 'warm' setting it's too hot to put your hands under! The parking is chaotic, with people being assigned to my spot because they have no organization - thus meaning I have to find somewhere else if the office is closed. Garage doors are left open all the time which defeats their purpose for security purposes. Furthermore, elevators are always malfunctioning and can take up to 10 minutes just to arrive; once all three broke down at once! Getting hold of the main office is almost impossible as they close during weird hours and don't respond to voicemails; even if you do manage to call them they usually can't help with anything.
