I am giving it a negative 5 rating my family has been living at these apartments for more than a year The property manager made many promises about repairs when they first moved in such as 1 Refrigerator not working properly 2 Kitchen sink leaking around faucet sink 3 Black mold in bath kitchen 4 Toilet not flushing properly 5 Rain leaking in around AC and sliding door 6 Closet doors don't close andor missing handles 7 Garbage disposal doesnt work and outside 1 Security doors don't close automatically often open 2 Hallway carpet stinks of urine and filthiness 35 Potholes everywhere no smoking buildings that management doesnt enforce unsupervised kids under 12 running around 67 Garbage thrown everywhere drug deals going on 89 Gun shots heard frequently 85 of the laundry machines broken due to kids meddling 10 Pool hours are inconvenient for those who work 11am 4pm The former property manager took all the money from the accounts and ruined the records so that now even the owner doesnt know who owes what rent payments or have receipts of past payments either The current office woman is also very rude which has led to tenants now having to call Village Housing Authority just to get basic repairs done on their units more ... hide ...
