The Apex Mountain Inn was not what was expected for $222.80 a night. Unit 223, advertised as a one bedroom condo, is really just a studio hotel room. The bathroom sink took 20 minutes to drain after use and the hot tub and rec room amenities were all unavailable despite being listed on the site. Additionally, no basic inn/hotel services were provided - like having to sort linens before check out - and you could smell what everyone else around was cooking from soup to brussel sprouts! Despite this, the mountain itself was great; therefore it's recommended that if possible, spending more money for an actual condo would be worth it.
