I have been living in this building for more than a year and I have absolutely no complaints. Even though there have been some minor issues, security has been top-notch. At first when I was new, the desk would often be unmanned during night or early mornings but lately they are always on duty. The team is excellent with the exception of one or two members. Fire alarms are a blessing since it only sounds during inspection and it only went off accidentally once during my stay here which is better than other condos where you frequently hear them going off which is really annoying. Homeless people can sometimes be seen loitering around but the situation has improved since the construction of the condos on Dundas/Jarvis prior to that time it was quite bad. Amenities of the building are great, however missing swimming pool is a shame but Learning Centre makes up for that loss easily though with Provident Energy Company as our Hydro provider things become complicated as they charge highly and provide very poor customer service, communication isn't great either nor do they deliver bills properly so you can get demand letters with expensive fees if you don't pay them on time so read their reviews before considering them.
