My wife and I have resided in this building for more than a year, and our experience has been extremely positive. The staff of the office is helpful and courteous, while the amenities such as the gym, sauna, pool, BBQ area are top-notch. Furthermore, there are guest suites offered in both towers at inexpensive prices – ideal for family or friends visiting from out-of-town. In spite of any negative reviews I may have seen or heard about this building, I am glad to suggest it to others with complete assurance. One request though: if possible make the pool heated so that everyone can enjoy it year round?

Living at Bentall Green Oak's Vista is an excellent experience. The management team is highly responsive and organized, often addressing tenant needs or concerns quickly. Among the amenities are a gym, swimming pool, sauna, recreation room and laundry facilities - all of which are kept clean and upgraded regularly by onsite managers. In addition to this, there is also a concept of guest suites and get-together rooms for personal events. Furthermore, the location opposite Moody Park offers easy access to Walmart, library services and many restaurants nearby; plus it's pet-friendly! It would be nice if small pets like rabbits or hamsters were allowed in the building too for those who cannot commit to larger animals such as dogs, cats or birds. I am very pleased with my decision to call this place home!
