As a senior residing at The Diplomat Apartments which are part of the Williams McDaniel family of buildings I have been here for over three years Our accommodations are located near Riverside Park and the Evergreen Senior Centre as well as a convenient bus stop for line 99 George and Suzanne our Supers are incredibly friendly and hardworking they go above and beyond to ensure we receive excellent service When an issue arises that they cant resolve on the spot themselves they bring in professionals to take care of it without any cost to us They also arrange an annual Christmas gathering and summer Barbecue with management Trish from management is especially helpful she took care of an issue that would normally be addressed when I was leaving at no expense to me The apartments here are spacious compared to newer buildings and many have been remodeled with new bathrooms and kitchens featuring dishwashers All in all I couldnt imagine living anywhere else as an independent senior individual more ... hide ...

I live here and generally speaking Im very content with my surroundings The neighbours are friendly and the superintendents are excellent its all positive Unfortunately there are some major drawbacks as well Firstly the parking lot is quite dangerous and people have had items stolen from their vehicles for a while now Despite this we must still pay 50 every 2023-02-11T20:00:05Z
