During the 2 12 years I lived in the community it was a pleasant place to call home My apartment was spotless and roomy and most of the people living there were friendly The maintenance staff were very prompt in addressing my needs The only issue I had was with the office staff Tammy was professional but Rose the manager had a poor attitude and could be quite unkind to the teenage pool attendants who were just starting out in their first parttime jobs Whenever I visited for help at reception everyone seemed to be on their lunch break together making me feel unwelcome Plus due to Covid19 restrictions none of us are being reimbursed for amenities such as fitness centers or pools that we pay for To top it all off they made me pay an exorbitant amount for my security deposit 50 alone for cleaning cupboards I hadnt even used In conclusion if you don't mind dealing with an unfriendly property staff then this is a nice place to live just make sure youre present at your move out inspection or theyll take your last penny more ... hide ...
