I've been a tenant in this building since August 2018 and it's been great! I've had living experiences before that weren't as ideal, with homeless people in the entryways, smelly wet dogs, and paper thin walls. This place is a huge upgrade since security here is top notch - no one can enter without the key fob or get on floors without being programmed on the fob. The entire building is concrete so it's hard to tell if anyone else lives here since you can't hear anything from other suites - not even pets or kids! There's also weekly cleaning which keeps carpets and tiles spotless to avoid dirt buildup during winter. I haven't encountered any bad odors within the building but I do smell food from the bar/restaurant below my unit when windows are open. Initially there were issues with extra rent taken out of my bank account due to an admin switch but that was resolved after months of landlord persistence. Recently there was hot water shut off for almost a week (took nearly 30 min for warm water) however that too is being dealt with. All in all this place has cleanliness, quietness (except sirens outside occasionally & wannabe racecar drivers at night), & lots of amenities outside your door making it worth living in!

I have read some reviews that are both incredibly positive and incredibly negative As a researcher I prefer an objective assessment After residing for eight months my experience in this apartment has been fairly good It is affordable for students and professionals alike is kept up well with good lighting and heating systems the rooms are spacious with a nice 2023-01-17T20:30:02Z
I have read some reviews that are both incredibly positive and incredibly negative As a researcher I prefer an objective assessment After residing for eight months my experience in this apartment has been fairly good It is affordable for students and professionals alike is kept up well with good lighting and heating systems the rooms are spacious with a nice balcony and ample parking space available Additionally it is close to Whyte Ave Mill Creek River Valley and theres even a bus stop nearby which can take you to UofA Downtown or Millwoods every five to ten minutes Nevertheless it isn't perfect I wish the management would pay attention to details such as replacing old window blinds in my unit or improving the laundry machines within the building so more people may rent units here if these issues are taken care of adequately this place would deserve five stars more ... hide ...
