The management used to be better when I first moved in, but then Mariama showed up and she never responds to emails. Even for simple matters like fixing a closet rack that had fallen months ago, her response was complete silence. The same goes for other requests - none of them were addressed. She also doesn't appear to be very qualified for the job since she has difficulty with basic tasks, like checking emails or providing simple responses. And don't let her act of false niceness fool you, because it's all just a ploy to draw in new tenants instead of actually caring about those already living there. Then there's Troy - he is cold and apathetic person who won't even help you if you're dying on the floor!
When I initially signed my lease last year (in May), they had a promotion where two months were free; however now that rent is regular price which comes out to around $2,100 per month (not including hydro/water).
