My experience living at An Clachan has been a nightmare! I'm in Building 7 and when I initially moved in, everything was unclean and the fridge was not even in the kitchen! To make matters worse, they were rude to me and did not provide any compensation for all the trouble. The rental wasn't even up to health or maintenance standards which is a violation of our agreement. The problems went on: my fridge had several issues which needed fixing multiple times before it was finally replaced, though it was clear from day one that this should have happened! All I want is for my lease to end so I can get out of here as soon as possible - do yourself a favor and look elsewhere; it might be a bit more expensive but you'll be treated better than this.
