Staying here for more than 1-2 days is not recommended due to various problems making it unsuitable for a long term stay. Despite this, the location is excellent and the bed is comfortable. Suggestions for management are as follows: relocate building garbage/recycling bins as their presence affects the atmosphere negatively, provide detailed instructions on how to adjust heating and A/C systems properly, re-evaluate security measures of the building since a back door that does not have any type of lock or code has been found wide open, ask a plumbing contractor to check out shower drainage issue since the bathroom floods after only a few minutes of use and lastly include larger trash bin in kitchen as current one is too small. During our visit there was already a garbage bag left outside on deck indicating that previous guests had similar issues with bin size.
