Billy was an outstanding host, providing lots of help and quick to respond. The property was as pictured and the perfect size for our family of three couples and three children. Located in a secluded area, it's about a 15-20 minute drive from town amenities so it is important to stock up on supplies. Each of the 3 large bedrooms had its own bathroom, making us quite comfortable with space. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning so sleeping was difficult due to the heatwave. The house is fully equipped with all necessary items except spices; dishwasher, washing machine, dryer etc.. The backyard has an incredible bay view from the deck but also comes with some bug issues during dusk. You can reach the water by taking a short walk through the woods but you can only access the beach at low tide for clam digging purposes. There is also a canoe available for leisurely rides around calm waters nearby. For anyone looking for peace and quiet on East End Island we highly recommend this amazing place!
