Living in this place is not bad, but the staff running it is quite incompetent. Some of them have an attitude problem while others, such as the security guard, are absolutely useless. This building is supposed to be smoke-free yet there are several people smoking inside their apartments; I can smell it from my hallway and even through my window from the apartments below. The managers don't seem to care about this issue at all; they should at least post 'no smoking' signs around the building or have night shift guards check each floor for any sign of smoke. Instead, they just sit on their backsides and get paid for being oblivious to these issues. Furthermore, the pool tables haven't been maintained in ages and the pool cue holder is barely attached to its wall; some balls on one of those tables are even missing! Lions management really need to step up their game here if they want people's respect and admiration - if I were a guard or concierge here then I would make sure that every single thing was kept in mint condition and anyone causing trouble would have to face serious consequences.
