I recently signed a lease with LIV and Sydney was our leasing agent. It was an incredible experience! Having moved around a lot for university, I have had many experiences with leasing apartments and this one was the best yet. Sydney made sure I felt supported at all times by answering my questions, helping me view my unit virtually while I'm living 5 hours away from Ottawa, filling out paperwork, and arranging my desired parking situation. She remained patient while I took some time to get her the necessary documents due to being on vacation. Her responsiveness never left me feeling anxious or nervous about the process! My only reason for 4/5 stars is that I haven't moved in yet so this review reflects signing the lease and coordinating with Sydney - but once I move in, I'll update it to reflect a fuller experience with LIV.
