I resided in the Nelson St building for three years and did not think it was terrible, despite what others say. The apartments are relatively large for their cost; plus, maintenance is speedy with repairs. However, dealing with management is difficult like others have reported. Their emails frequently overlook the inquiries asked and they often do nothing about people parking in the designated space that requires $95 to use.
