This apartment in downtown used to be well-managed, but it has deteriorated severely. Cockroaches have become a prevalent problem with no effort from management to address the source of the issue. The Administrator is incredibly unhelpful and rude, not taking into account the residents' grievances. It's essential that the higher-ups consider replacing this administrator and bringing back up the condition of the building. I cannot recommend this place due to two major issues: 1) cockroaches (see photos - cockroaches near toys, on ceiling, seemingly everywhere) 2) Extremely hostile and disrespectful attitude of Administration in-charge Lady.

Although the apartment building looks good from the outside and its apartments have been renovated, there is a major cockroach problem. One tenant had to move to a different floor because they were unable to get rid of them. The garbage chute has been closed for half a year and this is likely where they're coming from. My unit has been treated by exterminators twice in the last month, but I still see cockroaches on my ceiling and in corridors. Taking into consideration that the landlord also has an unpleasant demeanor, I cannot suggest anyone live there.
