Check-in went smoothly and the agent was accommodating. The hotel appears to be an old apartment building that has been converted; however, the rooms and bathrooms have been renovated. There is a full kitchen with utensils, a dining room, and two king beds which were in good condition. It is conveniently located close to the airport. Although there are areas that need improvement, such as providing more towels/toiletries (we had five people but there were only two towels) and dishwashing liquid for washing dishes, as well as cleaning the vents in the bathroom and possibly upgrading the heating system too; for its cost it was a good stay overall.

This is not a hotel or motel, but instead a mid century walk-up building with mostly long-term occupants. It has some suites for daily rentals and although it is old, it is still clean and orderly. There are no hotel features such as pools, gyms, concierge services, stores or restaurants; you have to call in advance and someone from the residence will let you into your one bedroom room in their apartment building. The positive side to this arrangement is that it is inexpensive, peaceful and near public transportation.
