My partner and I have been living in this amazing complex for a year now and were absolutely in love with it The location amenities and floor plan are great plus the cost is affordable We were initially concerned about the internet connection but its been working perfectly perhaps because were on the top level Maintenance has always taken care of our requests quickly We havent had any issues with noise from other tenants though there is traffic noise from Tracy Road outside Having an inunit laundry is such a blessing considering our prior apartment didnt have one Hallways and stairways are cleaned regularly as well as landscaping and parking lot upkeep Additionally storage sheds on balconiespatios are super convenient Plus that breathtaking sunset view every evening Absolutely unbeatable We plan to stay here until we can buy a house at least another 1 years away but our only complaint so far is that rent will increase by 50 when renewing despite no change to the lease lengthBut overall Tracy Creek provides an incredible living experience thank you more ... hide ...
