I have been a tenant of the property management group for quite some time and it is an absolute joke Since March of this year I have had an outstanding maintenance request due to my two year old son not having a working smoke alarm in his room for 8 months Additionally the closet doors in my bathroom were on back order and I was supposed to receive them 48 weeks after moving in that was 11 months ago The lobby coffee machines fire pit and grills outside are no longer functioning as they should and never get repaired Furthermore the doors do not lock properly and when they do key fobs don't work correctly which has caused me to be locked out multiple times homeless people even find their way into the amenities room As a woman with a child living here it is not safe whatsoever Money orders for rent are never picked up from the drop box which leads to late fees accumulating yet they refuse to back date payments when necessary Thankfully I am leaving this place shortly but would advice everyone else to stay away what could be such a wonderful place has been ruined by Middletown taking over its management To top it all off even the elevator does not meet safety standards as it constantly breaks down furthermore it is never clean nor are stairs free from stains on carpets or bad odors As precautionary measure I have kept detailed records of everything as well as pictures and audio recordings just in case something arises again more ... hide ...
