I am changing my review for this bottom of the barrel Ballantyne apartment complex due to my lease expiring at 12:00 am EST tomorrow. Roaches, dirty neighbors, loud children, lack of parking, broken gates resulting in car theft and break-ins, broken amenities and an impolite management team have been some of the issues I've had to face here. When I first moved in July 2020, Brooke Russo (who is no longer employed here) told me that any wear and tear caused by hanging items in the hallways was normal and wouldn't be charged; this was consistent with what I'd heard from back home in Atlanta. However recently I discovered that it's my responsibility to repair/paint any walls before moving out. Furthermore when I contacted the courtesy officer regarding excessive noise from other tenants he informed me he isn't with the property anymore and asked me not to call him again. Despite having a great commute to work here for two years this apartment complex has failed to meet expectations.
