The worst apartment Ive ever lived in had a few pros such as the staff being nice and accommodating before moving in However there are many cons that make it not worth considering living there These include a broken stove top when first moved in taking 34 days to fix and hotcold water inconsistently fluctuating as well as poorly cleaned apartments finding thumbtacks wall paint and other messes Furthermore bugs were an issue with cockroaches fruit flies and ants always present even after attempting to prevent them with pest control which ultimately failed There is also no noise control due to the streets nearby being loud along with the lack of soundproofing for footsteps from upstairs neighbors The pool was opened but was rarely maintained full of bird droppings and a family of geese living there instead The shared laundry room was never properly cleaned or maintained either leading to outdated machines that don't work half the time plus clothing getting stolen from users if theyre late retrieving them which I experienced twice The exterior doors were often broken or propped open allowing anyone access along with an intoxicated man smoking inside the building at times making it feel unsafe these incidents were reported yet never resolved further than sending out a text message Ultimately this apartment should be avoided due to all these issues there are better places than this one more ... hide ...
