The management is terrible the quality is bad and lies are plentiful Although there are 150 apartments only three lifts exist and all too often one two or even all of them malfunction for days I moved in about nine months ago and was promised that the courtyard would be finished by then however construction continues to this day Drilling hammering and renovation occur at all hours of the day with no end in sight machinery and debris from building materials block sidewalks and entrances The apartment itself might be new but its comprised of cheap materials paint chips away quickly while mold clings to the roof The wallsceilings are so thin that when people use metal stairs as they usually do due to lift outages noise easily permeates into other apartments Fire alarms sound off at least twice a month for 30 minutes or more with little information shared as to whats going on Location is the only positive if you don't mind paying a premium price for little help from Maria or other staff members who already have too much on their plate this place could work out more ... hide ...

I stayed in the same building for over a year On the plus side it was near to my school and the metro station along with being a fairly generoussized studio they even replaced the flooring before I moved in However there were many cons it was overly expensive for what it offered or didnt offer management was almost nonexistent and amenities were terrible The 2023-01-15T22:00:04Z
I stayed in the same building for over a year On the plus side it was near to my school and the metro station along with being a fairly generoussized studio they even replaced the flooring before I moved in However there were many cons it was overly expensive for what it offered or didnt offer management was almost nonexistent and amenities were terrible The janitor only cleaned up common areas every two months leaving smelly refuse juice on the stairs Neighbors would get loud late into night you could hear everything through thin walls The oven hadnt been used once since I got there as it was too dirty to use or clean they wouldnt replace it either Drawers and cabinets would break if you opened them or tried to wipe them downI had asked for a spare key at least five times during my stay but nothing ever happened every time someone wanted to come visit me I had no choice but to be present or leave my key with the janitor Additionally I received inaccurate notices about visitsappliance checks multiple times throughout my stay there more ... hide ...
