If I could give a ZERO rating I would do so a thousand times over DO NOT SIGN HERE This has been the worst managed apartment complex I have ever lived in Three years we stayed here and every week presented another issue We only stayed because my Fianc was in her residency program and there were no closer options for my job Cleanliness was not up to par when we moved in doors were coming off their hinges paint marks covered the walls toilet seat had urine on it and the washing machine contained black sud this is just naming a few of our problems We informed management but they asked us to leave our belongings while they brought in cleaning staff three days later nothing had changed and they hadnt called anyone at all Rent rose drastically year after year even though they would negotiate half of what was increased if youre staying longer than one year be sure to get proof of whatever is agreed upon Even our renters insurance got misplaced multiple times which created anxiety due to private information being involved In addition flooring coming up rusted showers and poor grounds upkeep were further issues that lasted for years snow removal didnt happen either so fixing things ourselves became necessary as nothing ever got done right To top it all off we received calls from collections agencies after moving out despite having paid everything owed including the cleaning fee through mail AND handing payment directly to office staff Its clear that management is more ... hide ...
