We have been living here for 4 12 years and we love it Our twobedroomtwobath split design apartment is much nicer than many of our friends houses but we don't have to take care of upkeep or maintenance Beaver Creeks landscaping and lawns are kept in great shape with weekly maintenance at least The inhouse maintenance team is available 247 for emergency services and my experience has been that big or small issues get addressed the same dayThe interior and exterior designs provide a unique open plan that flows well while still keeping spaces separate There is plenty of storage walkin closet in master bedroom large closet in second bedroom pantry closet hall closet walkin entryway closet plus overhead storage in the utility room We even have an outside shed attached to our patio which overlooks one of the ponds on Beaver Creeks property The Clubhouse features a tanning room weight room laundry facilities though each apartment does come with hookups for its own washerdryer Theres also a full sized pool with lounge chairs tables umbrellas included Everything is well looked after office management staff and the maintenance team are both great to work with too Our daughter especially enjoys visiting the newly renovated playground where she can meet new friends too BCP also hosts seasonal holiday events from cookouts to parties throughout the year along with contests more ... hide ...
