We would give this apartment ZERO stars if we could When we moved in the bathroom had mold kitchen cabinets were falling apart drawers didnt work and doors were covered in dirt and mud Additionally none of the closets had rods to hang clothes and the shower wouldnt drain Even after numerous requests to maintenance personnel they took two months to fix the mold issue and even then they only painted over it so it resurfaced shortly afterwards Upon moving out FINALLY the master bathroom ceiling was completely covered in mold while kitchen cabinets never got fixed The leasing office personnel are not at fault as they did not know how bad the complex was before getting hired they go through a lot of staff However property manager is rude and ignores customers when visiting office plus water gets shut off multiple times a week for hourslong maintenance We ourselves got locked out of our own apartment after reporting broken lock but no one showed up for help so we had to buy replacement lock ourselves which management didnt care about either To sum up do NOT live at Kenzie Apartment Complex more ... hide ...
