From North 44 Properties, I have rented an apartment in Sault Ste. Marie on Goulais Avenue, and am very pleased with it. The staff are always professional yet friendly and the maintenance team is both efficient and speedy. Furthermore, the grounds are well-maintained and animals are permitted in the buildings; my rent is quite reasonable too. I would highly suggest these units to anyone looking for a place to stay, particularly as there are on-site laundry facilities available for convenience. All things considered, Lynne Healey has been more than satisfied here.
