The company Brigil does not seem to care about its tenants. We were moved into the unit too early and I have been injured several times since then. There has been no apology or any attempt to take responsibility on their part. Although the building looks nice, they prioritize aesthetics over quality, resulting in window screens falling out, ice entering the unit, glass balconies breaking regularly, and sinks coming off of walls. Many tenants have gone to the Tenant and Labour Board as they feel trapped; a mediator was also brought in due to Brigil's poor performance. The only positive aspect of this is Venessa, who is very kind and reliable; she has managed to turn things around since she joined. However, visitors are not allowed up even when buzzed in and delivery cannot be done within the building; additionally, alarms do not work and there is zero cell service at times. If you are looking at moving here then talk to Venessa for information on past events as well as Chad who recently joined this team - he has been efficient with repairs etcetera.
