Nothing negative can be said about the staff at Tara Hill, especially Brian, the security guard who knows everyone living in each apartment and which vehicle belongs to each tenant. Although there were incidents of car break-ins while we lived onsite, management did their best with security by having more cameras than one might think; furthermore, they are willing to help with any footage inquiries you have. As for drawbacks of Tara Hill Apartments: if you rent downstairs, you should be prepared for noise from upstairs neighbors as walls/ceilings are rather thin - hearing more intimate details of their lives is likely! Additionally, cockroaches may enter your unit due to lack of cleaning by other tenants; however management will provide free pest control if asked. Another issue is some tenants discarding their trash on sidewalks; again management will take care of this if reported.
