I would highly suggest avoiding this place. They made my move really unpleasant from the start. Even though I preferred the stairs, they insisted on choosing the time of departure for me since there was only one elevator. After my lease ended on July 1st, they kept calling to do a second inspection of my condo and asked me to clean it even if it had already been done. The administrators never want to compromise and are very unhelpful in case of any urgent issues even though they promise 24/7 service from a maintenance operator on the building. Additionally, the gym was rarely open during my two years there and swimming pool was only accessible during summer 2022. Furthermore, no deductions were made in rent despite missing several services for two years; instead the rent went up excessively! To make matters worse, if you like sleeping late in morning then you can forget about that because construction or lawn mowing takes place around 6-7am every day for two years straight without interruption with no end in sight yet! Lastly, amidst a pandemic and quarantine period I received an email saying "it's time for holidays take your Christmas lights out" which just proves how negative their emails are!
