I live in an Effort Trust property at Beverly Hills, however, I am not satisfied with the current construction company that they hired - Kijiji Handymen Co. It has been more than a year and there is still no completion date for the open-ended work project. If this was a legitimate business, it would have displayed a signboard in the lobby with an expected time of completion; instead, they are using delaying tactics by constantly repairing one particular area and leaving others incomplete. Moreover, tenants are confused as to what exactly these Kijiji Handymen are doing in their property. The indoor parking is still unclean due to water leakage after all this time of supposed construction. Why did Effort Trust hire such an incompetent company instead of opting for one that could provide them with a timeline? This is ruining their reputation as can be seen from comments and reviews on Beverly Hill's site. The owner should take responsibility and investigate the situation regarding this company and their work procedures; it also looks like they are doing things piece by piece which is unacceptable given how long it has been since they began working here.
