We were very disappointed with our stay in the honeymoon suite as it was not as advertised We had booked for four adults and there were not enough supplies to accommodate us After requesting a cot we received one after four hours but this required taking away the only chairs in the room The room was dirty and dusty with lots of bugs the ceiling fan was broken and when turned on wobbled while throwing bits around Furthermore the bathroom fans were filthy while screens on windows were either broken or missing altogether Fixtures seemed poorly repaired too The only redeeming factor was the view from our window To get ice and silverware we had to go to a restaurant next door where staff werent helpful or friendly at all no ice bucket either so we put ice cubes in a grocery bag To top it off there wasnt any freezer in our room just a bar fridge and hot water only lasted for one shower before needing to wait two hours for more Poor management seemed evident throughout with Lori telling us that if we wanted a discount after all these complaints then agreeing never to be served at their restaurant or lodge again would be necessary what kind of service is that This definitely needs reporting to their tourism board more ... hide ...
