I have been living in this building for more than four years and the concierge and maintenance staff are great Equity Residential however is another story they are in the middle of construction process presently and I live on the first floor with two bedrooms and a living roomkitchen area with floor to ceiling glass Initially they boarded it up with plywood thinking that was sufficient until people began to complain then they replaced it with plexiglass plus plywood planks Equity Residential has not provided much monetary compensation for my loss of privacyworkmen walking by all day long and being able to still see them through the shadesand I cant use my outdoor space anymore Despite paying over 7000 monthly rent I am treated very poorly Plus there seems to be no one monitoring these workmen as after several requests not to leave garbage or work products outside my windows have been ignored all Im left with is sending notes since nobody watches them The community manager is a young woman of 25 years old who lacks experience in such situations And lastly theyve even suggested that I do not deserve any privacy The way they treat me is appalling thus I would never recommend this building or anything associated with Equity Residentials buildings more ... hide ...
