I'm currently leasing a suite here for 18 months, and I'm blown away by these unique accommodations. Every part of the building - the suites, hallways, foyer and exterior - is wonderfully designed. The suites come fully furnished with top-quality furnishings. Staff are responsive, helpful and easy to work with. No issues since I moved in months ago. Notable benefits include: -1,200 thread-count bedsheets that are incredibly soft! -An expansive balcony & windows facing 17th avenue plus great sound insulation -High security entry system (pass through two doors then scan to use the elevator which only grants access to your floor). -Fully FURNISHED!!! -GORGEOUS!!! Costs vary from ~$1500-$2500/month depending on size (6 types of suites), length of lease and direction of balcony (17th ave view more expensive than south view). In my opinion, it's a fair price for what you get. All in all The George is an excellent place to stay; I would highly recommend it any prospective tenants!
