The location and heating are great, plus there's a nice view. However, there are some drawbacks. First, it can be difficult to reach out to staff because no one lives on-site; emails take time to be responded to and the phone is slow. Maintenance services often aren't satisfactory either since they'll come but leave any problems as they were. Another issue is that the building's proximity to Sherbrooke Street means loud exhaust noises and sirens can still be heard even with windows closed (my apartment is on higher floors); this gets worse during weekends so those sensitive should be aware of this. Lastly, the kitchen was recently renovated but uses a centralized ventilation system that doesn't work well due to the age of the apartment; thus caution should be taken when cooking.
