    Douek Apartments provided excellent management of the apartment I lived in. The landlord and manager were very attentive to our needs, creating a secure environment for my roommate and I. This is an ideal option for students residing in Montreal.

    This 130 Rue Prince Arthur building is an ideal place for students to stay. Its apartments are cozy and aesthetically pleasing. The building facilities are well-maintained and the management is very responsive. The kitchen and bathroom have been newly renovated with granite counter space, top-of-the-line appliances, and modern features. During the summertime, residents can enjoy both the sunshine and a light breeze while staying warm during wintertime. I have rented in several apartment buildings but this one stands out as being by far the best of them all!
