We have already lodged a noise complaint, and yet no action has been taken. The person we reported is mocking us with every encounter. The next time they allow a family with children to move in, they should recommend the basement as kids like to run around frequently. Even adults do not show consideration for others by running and jumping around late into the night. Not only that, but they also throw trash onto our balcony as if taunting us to complain all we want; this is especially egregious at 3am! We will relocate when it is suitable for us; this neighbourhood has become unbearable due to these selfish tenants who disregard everyone else's needs. The staff are friendly and attentive, but unfortunately nothing can be done about these inconsiderate neighbours upstairs - other residents have also complained as they too experience the noise from them. We kindly ask that management/landlord take appropriate action or else we will all leave this place.
