These units are quite attractive, with all the energy-efficiency features and they are new in Teays Valley/Hurricane area. They offer two-bedroom units with wood flooring in the living area/kitchen and carpeted bedrooms. The kitchen includes a refrigerator with an ice maker, dishwasher, disposal and electric range along with an overhead vent/microwave. Rent for these apartments is all-inclusive besides electricity which includes Dish TV with ATT wireless, trash & water services. There is a lighted & paved pathway to CAMC Teays Valley along with ample parking as well as on-site storage units & single-car garages close to everything! The original review was rated 5 stars but has been revised to 2 stars due to the fact that these units are misrepresented as soundproof dwellings despite having concrete flooring between levels; conversations from upstairs neighbors can be heard clearly while in a ground floor unit. Additionally, there is little landscaping or shade available making peace & quiet hard to come by at this property.
