2023-02-15T05:30:03ZVan, the office manager, has been incredibly accommodating. I lived in Osgood Building for over a year and Van has certainly been of great assistance. He has an open-door policy and is always willing to listen and solve any problem that arises. His positive attitude and receptiveness make him a pleasure to be around. If I ever move back to Calgary, renting from Van is something I will definitely consider doing; meanwhile, I'm highly recommending this building to anyone who's looking for a place to call home - it's an amazing place with friendly neighbours and management! Loved living there.
