2023-03-07T05:30:04ZThe building had a noticeable level of cleanliness, even better than most. I was told that they hired a lady to come in periodically for extra cleaning on top of the janitor's work. The apartment's condition was satisfactory - nothing spectacular but it was clean and functional, which is all I could ask for since Wi-Fi was included in the price. The management team really stood out; they provided me with a Lease Kit full of materials and even customized address labels! When I moved in, there was also a welcome basket waiting for me. They threw a summer barbecue and even fed people from other nearby buildings. Additionally, their laundry room had leather chairs and a TV so one could watch while waiting for their clothes to finish washing - only $1.50/load! Whenever I called or emailed/texted them with requests, someone always answered promptly and seemed eager to fulfill my needs.
