I have been a resident at Summerwind Luxury Apartments (2700 Allen Street, Kelso, WA 98626) since August 2014 and wanted to leave a review. The staff has been welcoming and hardworking, while the apartments are well-made and stylish. There is an abundance of amenities such as a pool, spa, gym, and garage with remote that I have not had the opportunity to use much due to being so busy. Although they are pricey they are worth it when you consider the time saved in comparison. Also, the complex is located close to I-5 which makes getting around easier; there is also a Safeway grocery store nearby along with other businesses. Adding onto this is that it’s quiet since it is surrounded by elevated terrain which blocks out any noise from highways or cars passing by. The landscaping looks great too; I’ve even seen deer on the grounds before! Maintenance does their job very well and keeps everything clean; my favorite appliances were the dishwasher and washing machine/dryer combination which saved me plenty of time. Furthermore there was ample countertop space for cooking (which I do often). All in all living here was pleasant experience - even though I had to move away for another job - as these apartments cost less yet had more square footage than where I am now more ... hide ...
