2023-03-06T19:30:04ZThe apartment is great and pet-friendly, plus the management is both friendly and helpful. Though there has been some construction work, the notices are posted regularly, and I was informed of it before moving in; no updates have been reported for a while now. Many people want upgrades but aren't willing to put up with the necessary renovations - *insert eye roll*. They don't hide their goal to modernize an older building. Keep in mind that you're still living in a shared living space; so it's best for all neighbours to learn how to live together harmoniously.
