My husband and I resided at this place for fifteen months, however there were constant issues. The management was very controlling and arrogant, except Rafael who was considerate and reasonable. After relocating last month, I recently went to the pool as a guest where the current manager approached me in an impolite manner by inquiring who I knew and if I still lived there although he knew that I had moved out recently. The building is poorly constructed; we could hear every single step taken by our upstairs neighbor, even when we suggested they install a carpet to soften the sound we were told it's only how it has been made. Our apartment was brand new yet whenever it rained water would seep through the window damaging the wall and flooring. Additionally, heat/AC is managed by building management making some days unbearable due to high temperature forcing us to pay around $4,000 a month for fans! Furthermore, parking garage which was supposed to be secure had been broken for months while we paid $250 per spot each month. If you have pets then do not move here as they claim themselves to be pet friendly but do not provide enough space for running or else your dog will start eating grass from patio leading them towards sickness. Lastly, most people moving out when their lease ends resulted in high turnover rate of this building making rent not worth it as they offer deals but find ways of charging anyway possible!
