The staff and maintenance at P&L Apartments was extremely attentive and efficient, with Chris ensuring all tasks were completed correctly. He is always looking out for the residents. Ralph, their security guard, was remarkable; he helped me move back in August 2020 and was both personable and diligent. The pricing is fair considering the many amenities included such as 15 spots for guest parking. When compared to other luxurious apartments in Kansas City, Missouri, P&L offers far more: square footage, personal garage pickup at your door, a dog park, pool & hot tubs, sauna, pet of the month program plus monthly events for residents like a media room & study room as well as a gym. Now that I have moved to Minneapolis I am missing this treatment from P&L Apartments! My experience living there was great; tall ceilings in my north building 6th floor apartment provided adequate ventilation while my neighbors were also very pleasant. At times it felt like I lived alone because of how quiet it was due to thick walls.
