Living here has its pros and cons. On the plus side, the pool is nice and amenities will likely be good once they're open (the basketball gym wasn't available for much of my stay). The front office usually answers calls and inquiries, it's a quiet area near 65 with easy access to food/grocery stores. The neighbors I met were all friendly, there are great walking paths, plenty of natural light in apartments, an Amazon package hub and regular trash pick-up. On the downside however; nothing about the apartment is luxurious despite them using luxury in their name when advertising. My cabinets were falling off from day one; vents & ceiling fan dirty; microwave from 1999! Inside looked like it hadn't been touched since then - floor wasn't level either! Lint issue in laundry room caused issues with my own dryer; getting a washer was a whole ordeal too due to water cut-off issue. Blinds needed fixing but took 3 maintenance requests before they did so. To top it off a woman was shot & killed in the parking lot yet nothing was done by complex & rent still went up even though already too expensive as is! Just to add insult to injury their internet company had frequent outages making working from home difficult. All in all not terrible but n Living here has its pros and cons.
